Graduated in 1996 (B.Proc) at the University of Pretoria and has been a practising attorney since 1997. He started his career at Strydom Britz Attorneys in 1998 as a practising Attorney and began his own practice in partnership with JAA VAN DEN HEEVER formerly known as VAN DEN HEEVER BOSHOFF ATTORNEYS in March 1999 specializing in Property Law. Due to substantial growth in the economic and property market Mr Boshoff decided to start an independent law firm that specializes in property development and township establishment. Boshoff Incorporated was established on the 1st of November 2006 by Johannes Jacobus Boshoff. Mr Boshoff is currently involved with various role players in the property market.

Graduated in 2005 at the University of Pretoria (LLB) and has been a practising attorney since August 2005. He articled at Newtons Inc in 2003-2005 and joined Van Den Heever Boshoff Attorneys in November 2005. Louis Petrus Boshoff decided to join Boshoff Incorporated and specialise in property development, conveyancing and litigation. Louis Petrus Boshoff independently manage the offices in Bela-Bela.

Studied at the University of Pretoria and graduated with his BLC degree in 1994 and his LLB (Cum laude) degree in 1996. He started his career as an article clerk at Geldenhuys van der Merwe Attorneys in 1997 wherafter he worked at Anthony Thipthorpe and Scott Silicitors at Southend-on-sea in England.
He returned to South Africa in 2001 and worked as a legal advisor and commodity trader at WJ Morgan (Pty) Ltd. In 2003 he returned to practice and joined van der Merwe Boshoff Attorneys.
In 2007 he decided to join Boshoff Incorporated Attorneys.
Mnr. Nel is currently involved in litigation in general, commercial litigation, drafting of agreements, 3rd party claims, divorces, evictions, etc.

Graduated in 1995 (B Proc) at the University of Durban Westville and has been a practising attorney since 1997. She started her career at the Road Accident fund. After four years she opened her own practise in Centurion specializing in processing and finalizing third party claims. And in August 2007 she joined Boshoff Incorporated.
Charl van der Merwe
Studied at the Northwest University (previously Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education) and graduated in 2005 with his LLB degree. He started his career as an article clerk at Gideon Ferreira & Partners Inc. in 2006.
Charl joined Boshoff Incorporated Attorneys in 2008 and is involved in both High Court and Magistrate Court Litigation.
